Guest must place order no later than August 1, 2017. Order may be placed via luggageconcierge.com or by phone at 800-288-9818. Discount applies to both domestic as well as international guests. Guest must affix shipping labels provided by Luggage Concierge as well as Crystal color coded disembarkation labels to all luggage. Guests must accompany their luggage through customs at disembarkation. Uniformed Luggage Concierge staff will be positioned after guest clears customs to take control of the luggage and or boxes it has been contracted to ship home. When guest ships one large suitcase home from The Crystal Serenity, Luggage Concierge will ship one parka to the same address free of charge.

Guests may ship Parka home for $30.

$30 charge covers one parka. Only the parka and liner can be placed in the box. Guest must place the order with the ship's concierge or with Luggage Concierge personnel on board. Orders must be placed at least 24 hours prior to disembarkation. Guest will be responsible for bringing parka along with label provided to LC staging area where parka will be boxed and labeled. Once box is backed and labeled it will be returned to guest to be placed outside of suite with luggage the night prior to disembarkation.
