I just wanted to drop a note to tell you how pleased I am with my recent transaction with Luggage Concierge service.
We conveyed a large garment bag from my Philadelphia home to the cruise ship in Vancouver BC.Your representative arrived for the luggage pick up at the time you designated and upon my return the garment bag was back in my home on the day that you specified. What a treat to not have to wait around for pick ups!
It was also such a pleasure not to have to deal with that luggage during the two flights that took me from Philadelphia to Vancouver. And, then to arrive at the ship and find the garment bag already waiting for me in my cabin.
Upon the ship’s disembarkation, your representative was waiting for me immediately outside the customs clearance shed and took my heavy bag right off my hands. Again, not having to deal with that bag in transit made the return flight to Philadelphia so much easier for me.
I could not have been more pleased with my association with Luggage Concierge and I hope to have the opportunity to use your services again for future travel.
